Change Over Clean
Full and comprehensive scheduled clean to restore property to agreed standard. Using only environmentally friendly products and practices. Also includes agreed services from list below.

Linen Only
For guests staying longer than one week, linen change on the first, and any subsequent weekends, that are incorporated in their stay.

Check and Refresh
After a period of being empty between guests, a visit to dust and check that the agreed level of service is being met for the incoming guests and is not compromised from being empty.  Airing and odour neutralising if required.

Property Inventory
A detailed inventory of all equipment and furniture etc in your property, and its condition is made on the first deep clean before the property is let.  This inventory is then updated regularly and you are notified of any loss or damage that you may wish to replace for future guests.
